Meet the Team
This campaign is powered by volunteers, not consultants. Below is the core team steering the work — and the open seats we're still looking to fill. If one of these sounds like you, we'd love to talk.

District 5 alum, former Caddo Parish school employee, and current school bus driver — running for Caddo Parish School Board.
Open Positions
Every campaign needs a team it can count on. These are the five core roles we're building out — each one essential to getting Dayln's message to every corner of District 5.
Manages campaign finances, tracks contributions and expenditures, and files all required reports with the Louisiana Ethics Administration on time and in full compliance.
Oversees day-to-day strategy and operations, keeps the team and timeline on track, and serves as Dayln's right hand from qualifying week through Election Day.
Builds and runs the fundraising plan — individual donors, community events, and grassroots asks — so the campaign has the resources it needs to reach every voter.
Apply for This RoleRecruits and organizes volunteers, plans door-knocking and canvassing routes, and turns supporters into an organized get-out-the-vote operation on the ground.

You're working for a candidate who has actually lived the issues he's running on — not just studied them.
Every role here matters and reports directly into the campaign's core decisions — no busywork, real ownership.
This isn't abstract politics — it's the school board that shapes your neighbors' kids' everyday classrooms.
Tell us a little about yourself and which role interests you. Dayln personally reviews every campaign team application.
